Most orders can be placed online or via telephone at
615-370-5559. You can also email us at
info@elizabethgregoryllc.com with your name, telephone number, and the
item number and description, we will then contact you for payment and shipping information.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange for any in-store item or issue store credit
within 15 days from the date of purchase. There are no returns on special orders or watches that have been worn.
A return authorization from Elizabeth Gregory Fine jewelry is required prior to returning any merchandise. Return authorizations
must be requested within 10 days of the date of purchase and we must receive the returned merchandise within 15 days of date of
purchase. Furthermore, your return package must display a Return Authorization Number. Any return not having a Return
Authorization Number will be refused.
Your credit or exchange will be processed as soon as we have received and accepted your returned item. Upon receiving your
return, the item will be inspected by one of our Graduate Gemologists to confirm that the original item has been returned and
that it is in acceptable condition. Be aware that worn or damaged items or those that have been engraved, or altered in any way
will not be accepted for return.

Return and Exchange Policy
Timepiece exchanges receive 100% credit towards a future purchase unless the watch is a special order or custom order item. All refunds, straight returns, and order cancellations will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. No exceptions. Credit card fees will not be refunded.
Returns and exchanges are not permitted, and will be refused, if the timepiece has been used, worn, or altered from its original condition in any way (including engraving, sizing or the removal of links, tags, etc).
Special order and custom order items, and deposits for special orders, are not returnable and are not refundable under any circumstances. Charges and payments for watch repairs or servicing are for the work performed and are not refundable. All service or repair work is warranted for one year from the date of service.
A return authorization from Elizabeth Gregory Fine Jewelry is required prior to returning any merchandise. Return authorizations must be requested within 14 days of the date of delivery and must include a Return Authorization Number. Any return not having a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
Your refund or applicable credit will be processed as soon as we have received and accepted your returned item. Upon receiving your return, the item will be inspected by one of our Graduate Gemologists to confirm that the original item has been returned and that it is in acceptable condition. Furthermore, return packages which do not display a RA# (Return Authorization Number), which are improperly packaged, or are uninsured will be has been used, worn, or altered from its original condition in any way (including engraving, sizing or the removal of links, tags, etc).

To properly return an item to Elizabeth Gregory Fine Jewelry, please do the following:
- Notify Elizabeth Gregory Fine Jewelry of your intent to return your item by calling 615-370-5559. You will
then be supplied with a Return Authorization Number to write on the outside of your package.
- Pack up your item for return including the original jewelry or watch box and all paperwork (including diamond
certificates, and/or product papers. There is a $250 replacement fee for lost or damaged watch papers). If you
are sending your item via FedEx, UPS, or the US Postal Service, please address the package to:

- Insure the package for the full selling price (minus taxes and shipping charges). Please check with your
selected mail carrier ahead of time to make sure that they will allow you to insure your shipment for the full

* This policy does not apply to timepieces, or custom ordered jewelry items. Custom ordered jewelry items are not returnable under
any circumstances. Custom order items include, but are not limited to eternity rings ordered in a non-stock size, custom manufactured
jewelry designs, and any item which has been altered from its original design. Deposits for custom ordered items are not refundable
under any circumstances.
