Creative Craftsmanship

I'm new to Tennessee and was looking for a jeweler who could create necklaces from two inexpensive, but beautiful stones. Gregory Meisch spent the needed time discussing my ideas, then created a setting that overwhelmed me with delight. Both necklaces are unique and set off the stones dramatically. In addition, each necklace design is versatile enough that with a quick change of attachment I'm able to wear them with evening attire or jeans. All of this while keeping in mind affordability.

Outstanding Service And Selection

The best jewelry store I've ever been in, as the owners' are very friendly, have the "heart of a teacher" and offer a non-pressured sales environment. I am looking to buy a new watch and have limited background knowledge. Ben spent over two hours educating me about watches in general with no pressure to buy. Quality!

I finally visited Elizabeth Gregory this past weekend to find a gift for my wife for our anniversary and now I don't know why I waited so long. They have a beautiful selection that could match every price point. I wasn't ready to get her the big diamond stud earrings just yet (it's only our 1 year anniversary!) Gems And More At This Jewelry Store

I had read the views about Elizabeth Gregory and decided to see for myself. Everyone talks about their watches and diamonds.... I loved thier pearl selection. Unique pieces, beautiful pieces and colorful. Ben described all the different types, sizes, quality of the pearls. I bought a beautiful piece I can wear anytime. It was actually fun to shop there. Best Jewelry And Watch Store In The Area

This is a real nice jewelry store that also sells the best watches around. The 2 brands they sell are Ulysse Nardin and Maurice Lacroix. Both brands are made in Switzerland and are top notch in my estimation. The in store display for both brands has far more eye appeal than any other store in the greater Nashville area. Ulysse Nardin has won several awards for their innovative designs and this company has been making watches since 1846. I have bought both brands at this store and have been real pleased with the quality and reliability of the Ulysse Nardin and Maurice Lacroix waches. Every one that has seen these watches on my wrist has been really impressed. The service and attention I have gotten from Gregg and Ben Meisch are second to none which is more than you can say about the large chain jewelry stores in the greater Nashville area. They know more about watches than any other store in this area and have been helpful in obtaining discontinued watches for me. They have even offered to place a call to other jewelry stores to help me aquire certain watches that are not sold in the Nashville area. Ladies Listen Up!

I have an understanding with my husband and with ben and greg at EG. Husband To Be's Dream Come True

So, I think I am probably your "typical" guy, I knew it was getting to be about that time but I didn't really know anything about buying an engagement ring. I went to the typical stores and saw your average rings with average stones, but I wanted something different. I saw the billboard for Elizabeth Gregory and decided I should give it a shot. I was very surprised when I told them I was interested in buying an engagement ring that the first thing they did was educate me on what to look for in a quality stone. With Greg being a GIA graduate gemologist, I could finally understand what those C's meant! He also explained to me the difference in certifications, and that only AGS and GIA are the real deal when it comes to certificates to trust.

I left and came back to the store about five different times before I finally decided on the stone, but man is it beautiful and I know it's high quality and something that will last through the new generations we will pass it on to. Luckily for me I also found the setting of my fiance's dreams! They really helped me to not only find the perfect ring but also educate me on what to look for in a wuality stone. I also found out that when Laura gets the itch for a larger stone (which I am told all women do) that I can bring back her original stone that I bought from them and they will take it back and give exactly what I paid for it to go towards a bigger stone! Now I have our ten year anniversary gift already figured out... now if I can only remember the date!

Great Customer Service. Impressive Selection Of Watches.

This is probably the best experience I've had in a jewelry store, so much that I decided to write this review, which I never do. The owner and his son are very personable and extremely knowledgeable about their selections. There was no sales pressure at all. My recent purchasing experience was buying a watch and I probably came in at least 5 times trying on many pieces, and they never once pressured me, and never seemed frustrated that it took so long for me to make a decision. The customer service alone was worth it to me, and was definitely a reason I decided to give them my business. They carry an interesting collection of watches, ones you don't see everyday. Nashville Gem

Elizabeth Gregory is one of the few places where you can find a relaxed shopping atmosphere. Ben and Greg do a wonderful job with assisting customers that come into the store while putting absolutely no pressure on you on at all.

I didn't have a very large budget to work with, but Ben and Greg both treated me as if I had been a long time customer. They worked with me and my budget and they never suggested anything that was not in my price range or something that was low quality.

Ben and Greg do a wonderful job and I'm glad to know that I've found a place to go where I don't have to worry about being pressured into buying something or feel pressured into buying something out of my price range.

Best Service Great Selection

Ben was great. I flew into Nashville from Arizona based on a friends recommendation, and I was treated to the best shopping experience. I'd been shopping for an engagement ring for several months and when I walked into the store I knew I would be satisfied. Ben selected several diamonds for me to see and explained the pros and cons of each. I ended up with a great diamond and ring in the end.

Came As Friends Left As Family!

When I asked my girlfriend to come and look for rings with me she was surprised, but also very afraid of going out looking after hearing so manhy bad things about jewelry stores. We went to every store in Nashville, Green Hills, Franklin and then to Brentwood. After going to Elizabeth Gregory we new there was no other store that we felt so comfortable and not pushed to do anything that we didn't want to do. They taught us about Diamonds and how to know what was a good diamond and what was a bad diamond. We were taught how to look for quality so that we to could make our own judgment on what we wanted and not what everyone else thought we should have. Most importantly we were treated like family! No pressure, No lies, and most of all quality that we wanted! Elizabeth Gregory is owned and operated by a Graduate Gemologist and they are educated in the field. I would rather get the truth from a real educated person in the field then one who is not a Graduate Gemologist. I will go back for every jewelry need i have in the future no matter were I live, because I feel I will never find a better jeweler anywhere else!

Unique Jewelry, Helpful Staff.

I like to shop around before I make a purchase, and I have yet to find another jewelry store that has the amount of unique pieces that Elizabeth Gregory has.
